Our Easter - 2011

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Our Easter weekend was great. It was very busy and a lot of Go, Go, Go! But it was very nice. Friday evening we went to the Good Friday Service at church. It was an amazing & emotional service.
Saturday morning we headed to Neenah for my family Easter. It was at my sisters house this year instead of my parents house. My mom didn't let that stop her from hiding baskets and doing scavenger hunts for Gavin! She lives for this stuff, & so does Gavin, his favorite thing to do lately is play hide and go seek so finding numerous Easter Baskets was right up his alley!This was the first time some of our family was able to see Grant too, so that was fun!

Since my sister is getting married in September they decided to get the dessert and try out wedding cake flavors & also get everyones opinion on the flavors! It was a lot of fun & very yummy! We headed home late Saturday evening after Jen's birthday party! We ended up getting home at 1am, but we were glad we went to the party and glad we came home that night too. Getting up really early on Sunday and trying to get ready and make it to church on time wouldn't have been fun!
Sunday morning we went to church and then headed over to Mom and Dad VV's for the rest of the day!
Gavin's Easter Basket from Grammy & Papa! Grant's Easter Basket from Grammy & Papa! The weather was beautiful so the kids were able to spend most of the day outside playing and doing a Easter Egg Hunt that Kristin put together!
