One Week Old

Wow, this past week has flown by so quickly & I can't believe Grant is one week old already! This past weekend was very nice. Very low key. Saturday afternoon we took a trip to Sam's Club to walk around and get a few things, also to just GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! Mom and Dad VV met us there and then we all came back to our house for a little bit! Sunday Aunt Ashley & Uncle Matt came down for the day! We ended up taking Gavin bowling, he asks us everyday if he can go bowling! Grant did wonderful, he slept the entire time! Thank goodness Wisconsin is Smoke Free or else we would never even take Gavin bowling! Yesterday we had Grant's first doctors appointment. He weighs 6lb 12oz! We left the hospital with him weighing 6lb 9oz, so he is getting back up to his original birth weight!! Everything else looked great! Yesterday afternoon Nicole, Trex, April & Caleb all stopped by to visit and see Grant!I'm looking forward to this week and getting into a nice daytime routine.
