After dinner Dave said he was going to run to Target for a few things. I decided to go with him and also pick up a few things before the big snowfall came! He and Gavin were in the car in the driveway waiting for me to come out, it always seems to take me a little longer to get ready to leave the house, especially lately! Anyways…as I opened the door in the garage to go outside I almost had a heart attack. Looking me in the eyes was a RACCOON! Ah... I screamed so loud and slammed the door so hard that Dave heard me from in the car. He got out coming to see what the matter was. As he came to the door I wouldn’t let him in the house. I was screaming, “There is a raccoon in the garage!!!!” He didn’t believe me. He said it was probably just a cat because we have had our neighbors stinkin cat in our garage a few times! I told him I know what I saw; we looked each other in the eyes! He looked around the garage and he said he didn’t see anything. He finally convinced me to get in the car! As he walked me to the car I didn’t see any tracks in the snow where it would have ran out of the garage! I told him the raccoon was still inside!! We sat in the car looking in the garage for it and HE FINALLY SAW IT!!!! It for sure was a raccoon & I wasn’t losing my mind! Dave went over to the neighbor’s house to see if he had anything to help us catch or kill the thing! Dave & Chris, both were in the garage with shovels and anything else they could find to try and get the thing!
After a little while Chris finally got it and killed it! He took the raccoon and put it in the back of his truck to take to work and get rid of it.
I was so relieved. I am deathly afraid of raccoons. They freak the crap out of me! After we got back from Target Dave went back over to the neighbors to help him with the leak he had. As he walked pass Chris’s truck he looked to see where the raccoon was and he couldn’t find it! He asked Chris if he had done something different with it and he said no, that he just put it in the back of his truck. IT WASN’T THERE! The coon was alive; it escaped and is probably in someone else’s garage now! GROSS.Update;
Excuse my clothes, it's a comfy day around here!

AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I mean...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! AHH! AHHH! AHHHH! LOL! This totally sounds like something that would happen to me! My oh my! I hate racoons, as well. I can't even tell you how many times I've gone to let the cat in the back door only to realize that it was a racoon. Freaks me out!
You're still rockin the "Cutest Preggo Chick" title, I see. You look fabulous! No fair that I had to look like a puffy cow while pregnant and you get to look amazing! :-)
