Today when we got home from church we all put our sweats on & we are staying inside the rest of the day!
We got some baby toys out this afternoon and cleaned them all up so they are ready for Baby V when he is ready to play with them! 
FYI; I had a dream last night that we chose a name for Baby V! It will probably be the name that we pick too, crazy!Right now it's 2pm and dinner is in the oven already! My mom got me a bean pot and I am using it for the first time and making a coke roast!
We also made homemade granola today! I've been craving fruit & yogurt parfaits lately! This Granola recipe is by Alton Brown, we tweaked it a bit, but it is DELISH!
Ingredients3 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cashews (we left out, just because we didn't have any)
3/4 cup shredded sweet coconut (we left out)
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
(I also added cinnamon)
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans (I used one). Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color. Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
