Bay Beach & Ash's Bridal Shower!

We’ve had the best weekend. Thursday afternoon we left home and headed to Neenah/Appleton for the weekend! It was a busy weekend. Friday Dave, the kids & I, along with my parents and sister, headed to Bay Beach for the day! It was SO much fun. We had such a great day, a great cheap day! All the tickets for the rides at Bay Beach were $.25 cents! Some rides were one ticket and some were two tickets. Regardless it was pretty cheap for great entertainment!
The swings were pretty scary! Gavin loved bumper cars! On the train, Grant's feeding time!Ferris Wheel. It lasted like 8 minutes!!Ashley, Mom & Grant at the bottom!The new Roller Coaster; Zippin Pippin!Saturday we had lots of errands to run for my sister Bridal Shower that was happening on Sunday. All of the men in the Bridal Party went to get fitted for their tuxes and all of the ladies spent the afternoon potting flower (table decorations and prizes), poofing and fluffing pom poms, and stuffing gift bags with prizes! All of the hard work and sleepless nights paid off. The vision of a Garden Themed Bridal Shower was exactly what happened. It was really beautiful and most importantly, my sister loved it! She also looked AMAZING at the shower. Here is the Bridal Shower Invitation;Ash had about 8 pieces of bubbalicious Bubble Gum in her mouth :)They got some WONDERFUL gifts.Sunday, after the shower, Dave, myself & Grant headed home to Madison. Gavin stayed the night at Ash & Matt's house. They went out to dinner, played Mini Golf and got ice cream! Ashley brought Gavin back to Madison yesterday morning. She stayed the day and we hung out downtown at the Union.Ashley then stayed to watch Gavin's tball game last night! Such a great weekend! We are looking forward to next weekend as well. We will be headed to Amish Country - Grandpa & Grandma VV's in Indiana!
