I have to tell you about my wonderful customer service experience at Hy-vee, just about 20 minutes ago! Gavin and I ran in there to get a few things for dinner tonight and I thought I would stop at the chineese restaurant that they have inside to ask about the special they have going on tomorrow for $5 all you can eat chineese! Well the little old man behind the counter explained to me that it was just Tuesdays for the all you can eat. I swore I read in their add that it was a special for this Friday, but I thought I must have just read the add wrong!
Anyways....Gavin and I went on our way and 5 minutes later we were on the opposite side of the store and the little old man taps my shoulder with a Hy-vee add and says, "excuse me ma'ma, I am so sorry, we do have the all you can eat for $5 tomorrow evening! I appologize for my error"
I couldn't believe it! I was shocked that he came to find me just to tell me that they did indeed have it! I love hy-vee!

And then...while we were in line to check out I was digging in my purse and couldn't find my wallet! I must have left it in the car from when I got gas right before going to hy-vee! So I explained it to the lady and she shut her light off and waited for me to come back with my wallet! They were so nice about it too! And it's not like they weren't busy, because they were SO busy! They always are during the lunch hour! I just love good customer service.

That's a good grocery! We need some place like that here! Although I love our Publix!
I used to have one of these in my hometown. Brings back great memories!
