We had a great and relaxing weekend here at home! Friday during the day Gavin and I relaxed! We went for a nice walk to see David at work and then came home and baked cookies for the afternoon!
Friday night we went over to Mom and Dad VV's for D&R (dinner and relaxation, of course)!
Friday night we went over to Mom and Dad VV's for D&R (dinner and relaxation, of course)!This weekend was the Taste of Madison, so we hit that up on Saturday afternoon. It was extremely busy downtown! The badger game and the taste was going on so we were amoungst a ton of people. Needless to say we didn't stay long downtown! We headed home and watched the Badger Game in our Pj's! 
Sunday afternoon we went out and purchased an Autumn Blaze Maple Tree and planted it in our front yard! I can't wait for it to grow into a mature tree! I'm going to be waiting a long time :) That afternoon we ran to Sam's Club and Cosco! Then just came home to relax and watch movies! Oh yeah...we also made a 9:00pm run to DQ!!

Today for Labor Day we went over to Mom and Dad VV's house for a cook out! Gavin enjoyed doing tractor races with Papa and playing baseball all afternoon!

I LOVE the race picture. My dad is counting down the days until he can take Brode out and do this, we have to look at the little tractors in every store!

Those cookies look yummy and I love the pictures of them racing tractors! So cute!! We are so alike in having family in town, no time for computer and a happy husband because of that!! :)
