I first started blogging soon after David and I got married. My first blog post was on May 31st, 2008. I never even looked at a blog until my sister-in-law started their family blog! Nor did I know what a blog entailed. Funny how I find myself a year and a half later addicted to blogging and reading blogs! The only thing I would change is that I wish I started sooner!
I wanted to start our family blog;
1. Because I am not good at doing baby books, and stuff like that. I wanted to capture all the things that Gavin and our family does and this seemed like the perfect thing to do! It is a great feeling knowing that I can look at what we were doing this same week or even day of last year!
2. It is a great way for all of our family and friends to see what we are up to on a day to day, or week to week basis!
I never thought that I would become this 'into' blogging. It is very relaxing and something I really enjoy doing. I also love reading other blogs, did I mention I am addicted to it?

I am the exact same way!!!! I started it because of my sister 6 months after our wedding and I am SO bummed I didn't start right after to document our very first few months together.
And I love reading other blogs too, I feel like it is so much more personaly than facebook and I have made some great friends on here. Keep on blogging!
Congrats on both milestones! My wife and I both love to blog, so naturally we had to do our own separate ones since our first was a joint effort.
