Bummer!

Bummer...We had a disappointing phone call today :(

The house that we put an offer in on, mind you it was the house that was perfect for our family and it being our first home. It had everything we wanted in it! Anyways... We had put an offer on the home and they accepted it, under the contingency that we sell our condo first though.

Well...we got bumped!!!! Someone else put an offer in on it, we are not sure what their offer was, but they can move in asap, and we can't :( Boo!! So...more house hunting for the Vander Velde Family! It stinks because the next house we buy we are planning on staying in for a long long long time, so we are not just going to settle for something. I HATE THE REAL ESTATE MARKET!... Enough venting about our problem!

We had a good weekend here. It was the annual 'Art Fair on the Square' here this weekend, so David, Gavin, and myself met Mom and Dad VV down there for the day! We saw some really neat stuff! There are some great artists around here!
