How Far Along: 33 weeks!Size of baby: Baby Vander Velde weighs a little over 4 lbs and is 17 inches long!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained around 30 lbs, doesn’t look like I will gain anywhere near what I gained with Gavin (Almost 60lbs) or at least I hope not!!
Maternity Clothes: Most of my wardrobe!
Gender: It’s a BOY; name will be chosen when we see him!
Movement: very active, very low & it’s starting to become very uncomfortable!
Sleep: Sleep is okay. I’ve been extremely tired lately.
What I miss: Energy!
Cravings: Jell-O gigglers (we are going through them like hot cakes!)
Symptoms: Sciatic nerve pain, reflux, heartburn, & major pressure, lots going on! He is definitely making his way down & I’m not sure how much lower he can get!
Best Moment of the Week: Having another week pass by & getting closer to seeing this little man! Also, my dad had surgery last week and everything went great with that!

Dave did a wonderful job painting the room! The only thing left is a few wall hangings & the letters for his name will go above his crib, which of course we can't get until we see him!
The wonderful Dresser & hutch! Dave did a great job on it! The drawers are all organized and stocked with clothes, socks, bibs, burp clothes, wash clothes, etc... I just have to finish putting the stuff on the shelves, like books, picture frames, etc...
I am really pleased with everything & how it turned out! We may still get a changing table, but not sure yet. We rarely used a changing table for Gavin! The plan was to put the changing pad on the dresser, but with the hutch on it there isn't much room!
Saturday Dave, Gavin & I went out to lunch with our neighbors to Great Dane and then we all headed to Popovich Pet Comedy Theater at the Overture Center! It was a cute show and the boys enjoyed it!

After a little while Chris finally got it and killed it! He took the raccoon and put it in the back of his truck to take to work and get rid of it.
I was so relieved. I am deathly afraid of raccoons. They freak the crap out of me! After we got back from Target Dave went back over to the neighbors to help him with the leak he had. As he walked pass Chris’s truck he looked to see where the raccoon was and he couldn’t find it! He asked Chris if he had done something different with it and he said no, that he just put it in the back of his truck. IT WASN’T THERE! The coon was alive; it escaped and is probably in someone else’s garage now! GROSS.
