I made one of our (Mine and Gavin's) favorite fall snacks last week! Caramel Puff Popcorn!
I got this recipe a few years ago from a dear friend and this year I can't seem to keep Gavin's fingers out of it!
I made two big batched of it and this is all that is left :( It is not the greateset snack for you either, oh well :) David is not a big fan of it because it gets stuck in your teeth!!

Caramel Puff Popcorn
1 -8oz bag of Puff Popcorn
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. backing soda
Place popcorn in a large roasting pan and set aside (I like to use the foil roasting pans you can buy at the store and throw it away after).
Melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in 2qt. pan until it is bubbly around the edges. Remove from the heat and add baking soda (this causes the foamig and will allow for proper coating) Pour caramel coating over the popcorn and stir together until everything is covered and coated. Place in 250 degree oven for 45 minutes, stiring the popcorn every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on waxed paper. Break the popcorn apart before it cools. Enjoy!
