We took Gavin to his first Circus on Saturday. It has been so long since David and I both have been to a circus so it was nice to see. We went to the 3pm show and it got to be a little late in the day for Gavin, right when he usually takes his naps. We got there around 2pm. They had pony rides and elephant rides along with bounce houses and face painting. Gavin first wanted to ride on a pony. So we bought a ticket and when it was his turn he freaked out and would not get on the pony. So I got our ticket back and he then wanted to ride the elephant. I thought it would be better since I would ride with him on the elephant. So...I went to exchange our pony ticket for an elephant ticket. Well...when it came to our turn for the Elephant Gavin once again, freaked out. Which was very scary, because then the Elephant started to freak out too, and started to walk away from the platform while we were trying to get off of the elephant! SCARY! We got all of our money back for the rides, which was a plus :) After that we just hung out in our seats until the show started. It got to be very long for Gavin so we left at intermission! All in all...I don't think we will be going back to the Circus for awhile! :)
Saturday night David and I painted our Kitchen and dining area. Everything in our place needs to be painted, either white, or with a color...so we decided to do a color. It is...GREEN. I was NOT a fan of it at first, but it is growing on me. I think there needs to be more on it, maybe striped or something, We'll see. Next is the hallway and I have no clue what color to paint that.
