We had a great weekend here in the Vander Velde household! Saturday we went to Chicago (Naperville) for Michelle's Grad Party. It was really great to see everyone from that side of the family. Gavin even made a new little friend named Lily. She was a doll! The car ride was good too, Gavin was great during the car rides, they can get long for a 18 month old, so he was a trooper!
Today was a great day too, we went grocery shopping and then went downtown State St. for a Gyro and to the Union for some fun. Gavin had a really good time playing in the water! It was pretty cold though, it kind of shocked you everytime you went in, but he had a great time. It is a very busy place during the Summer, alot of people and dogs, which Gavin loved!
