Showings

So the lady from NY that looked at our condo on Friday decided to buy a brand new condo instead! Oh well, we keep trying, we have two showings tomorrow; one from 4-5 and one from 5:45-6:45. It is going to be a busy day tomorrow because Gavin and I are going to the outlet mall in the Dells with Shawna and the kids!

We had a good weekend, we went to Neenah for Octoberfest. It was alot of fun and I got to see some great frineds that I haven't seen in quite awhile, so that was nice! David decided that this was also a good weekend to build Ashley and Matt a bar in their basement. So Him and Matt did that on Saturday Morning and Sunday Morning. It turned out very nice!

This Weekend

I am THRILLED that all of my favorite shows are starting to come back on!! 2 hour Grey's Anatomy tonight!! We are very excited about that, as well as desperate housewives, brothers and sisters, Extreme home makeover, and Dancing with the Stars - Basically everything on ABC!! Speaking of Dancing with the Starts I am pretty upset that I got voted off! We do a pool board for dancing with the stars in my family and I GOT VOTED OFF LAST NIGHT, or I should say Ted did, who I had. I was so sad! I am a reality t.v. freak too! I love it all!

So last night we went to look at this house in Brooklyn, WI. A nice town, smaller and quiet! I really liked the subdivision, it was new, there were kids, and looked very friendly. The house on the other hand...we did not like. Which I was totally not expecting. I really thought we would like it. I like the outside, it had very good curb appeal. The inside was totally opposite. It is a brand new home but has been sitting on the market for three years. It is a spec home and was made with all the basics and very cheaply made. Therefore it was a NO to David, and myself. Oh well.

We have a showing tomorrow at 3:30pm. A lady from New York is moving to Madison and looking for a condo. She will only be living here for parts of the year and when she is not, there are other people she knows who would be living in it. Anyways...She is looking at a couple others too. Hopefully she will pick ours, I made sure to expess the NEW LAUNDRY to her, hehe. We are headed to Neenah this weekend. It is the annual Octorberfest going on in Appleton. We are very excited about that. Saturday morning they have a HUGE craft fair. I hope to find some cute things! It will be nice to relax and hang out with friends and family for the weekend.

Giggles

Here is a quick video of Gavin playing with his cars this morning. I like the sounds of his giggles when he has this cold. I thought I would let you all have a listen! He was laughing because I was catching all of his cars as they would fly down the ramp! Too cute!

Gavin is sick :(

Gavin is sick :( David and I came home Saturday evening to a sick baby. It started out as a runny nose. Then came the cough and fever. Yesturday was a very low key day for us. Gavin didn't sleep well Saturday evening so we all slept alot yesturday. We have been trying to break his fever, so far it is working. He is still at 100.1. Not too bad. Seems to be in good spirits though. His voice sure sounds funny. I think it's cute, all horse and crackly! Gavin rarely gets sick, so when he does it seems to hit him hard. I think he also might be getting some molars in, so we'll see what the week brings us. Im sure it will be low key. I already cancelled some events we had going on. I would hate for other kids to get sick!

David and I had a good time at the wedding. It was nice to relax and enjoy ourselves. We missed Gavin though, so it was good to come home and see him.

I am in the middle of packing for Gavin and myself and ironing up a storm!! Gavin is going to spend a few days at Nana and Grandpa's house in Neenah! He is going to have a great time! They have quite a bit planned for him! David and I have a wedding to attend near Chicago tomorrow. Saturday we will go see Great Grandma hopefully and maybe make a trip to Ikea!! All in all, we should have a really good weekend, we are excited for it!

Gavin got to play with Reilly again today. We went over there and hung out for the afternoon, it seems like we were only gone for about an hour and when I was on my way home I looked at the clock and we had been gone for 3 1/2 hours. Time flys when your having fun! I love how well Gavin and Reilly play together. Shawna and I were talking today and decided that it is great that the boys can get together and have a play date, but we agreed that sometimes it's more for the Mom's that need to get together to chit chat and hang out! Next week we are planning on a Dell's shopping trip to the outlet mall.

I don't really have much to update on. This evening we had Mike Schulte over. He introduced David and I! It was nice to see him and Gavin sure had fun playing with him. Im off to finish packing and getting ready for tomorrow. I STILL do not know what im going to wear! Man o man.
