Love him. He melts my heart.I love his 2 teeth! I love that he acts like he has a mouth full, he will eat ANYTHING, anytime!I love that he put two words together last night & he knew what he was saying; "Hi Dada" he said.
He's SO BIG!I love that my boys are each others entertainment; I love that he's the best big brother to HIS little brother.I love that he loves the simple pleasures of playing with a 'top' for quite some time!

Hot Mess

On Saturday we headed over to Mom and Dad VV's for some sledding and to have dinner. Our sledding adventure turned in to a "Hot Mess" for me! I have no idea why Dave and I attempted to do this; It clearly wasn't going to turn out good!
HOT MESS! Gavin Love It! If he could be outside in the snow all day, he would.

Little Red Car!

Yesterday is was 53 degrees - In January - In Wisconsin!! We played outside quite a bit and I decided to get this little red car out for Grant! Gavin received this car for his 1st Birthday from Mom & Dad VV. Grant LOVES it so much & I'm so glad I got it out for him to play with yesterday, but sad because tomorrow we are supposed to get 6-8 inches of snow and he won't be able to ride it outside until Spring!
Bring on the Snow. Bring on Snowboarding. Bring on Snowball Fights. Bring on Ice Skating - Yes, my husband made a little ice rink in our backyard yesterday for Gavin to practice on!! Pictures to come :)

Don't throw away your Christmas Cards!

All of our Christmas décor was done right after Christmas, except for the Christmas Cards! I just couldn’t bring myself to take them down and to just throw them away! So I found theses cute ideas to do with Christmas cards on Pinterest, of course!! If you know me, I LOVE Christmas Ornaments that are meaningful, these ornaments are meaningful :) They are made from all of our cards that we received and I was able to make 4 of them! I didn’t want to use the picture Christmas Cards that we received for the ornaments, so this booklet was the perfect thing! I love it and I’m excited to do this every year from now on!
I put our Christmas Card in there from this year too!

Happy New Year!
We rang in the New Year with friends & all our kids! It truly was a night geared towards our children & making memories, we wouldn't have wanted it any other way :)
We ate snacks, made homemade pizzas, had an Ice Cream Sundae Bar, & a scavenger hunt for the kids; to find all the New Year Décor, hats, horns, necklaces, etc…They loved it!
Reading the clues to find the treasure! The sparklers were a hit! They even had a snowball fight with the dads and made a snowman :)After that, the kids got in teams and dressed the dads up! They are such good sports :)The end of the night :)I am excited, anxious & hopeful for 2012! I have no clue what it will bring, but I know it will be a great year & we are already planning some AMAZING things to do in 2012!!!!!
